Community Development
The Community Development team aim to provide training and support to the Early Years sector, parents and communities, to build capacity by using the key principles and practices of community development.
There are a number of ways we can help:
Training – we run a broad range of governance and leadership training courses (check out the training section below for latest courses).
One-to-one clinics – scheduled meetings to carry out an in depth discussion on a governance issue effecting your setting.
Information and advice service – for help with a specific issue you are facing ring or email your queries.
Intensive support – working through governance issues with a group on site. This service can only be accessed through your Early Years Specialist.
Resources – governance resources available to purchase on our online shop.
