Our payroll service for members provides extensive assistance in handling payroll and employee financial matters, aiming to minimise costs, mitigate risks, and save time. Customised specifically for the Early Years sector, it offers tailored support to meet your unique needs and challenges.
We can:
Maintain pay and deductions records for your staff.
Process SSP/SMP/student loans as required.
Provide online monthly payslips for your employees.
Keep staff up to date on the National Minimum Wage.
Calculate HMRC liability (P32).
Process leavers and provide online P45.
Process new employees.
Process Pension contributions.
Provide government departments with statistical and financial information as requested.
Complete all online filing to HMRC as required.
Provide online year-end P60’s to all employees.
Monthly direct debit is now available!
10 monthly payments will be taken on the first of the month from May 24 to February 25
Cost of Salary Service for the year 24-25 (inclusive of VAT)

| 11-13 employees | £793.29 per annum (£79.33 per month) |
| 14-16 employees | £893.87 per annum (£89.39 per month) |
| 17-20 employees | £993.32 per annum (£99.33 per month) |
| 20+ employees | £22 per additional employee |
