What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you and your group when you sign up to become a member of Early Years or place an order or sign a contract for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily fill in surveys and provide feedback to the organisation. Website information is collected via cookies.
The information given to use may include name, group address, personal address, email address, phone number, mobile, funding provision, sector, if you registered with a Health and Social Care Trust (HSCT), registration number, roll, age range of children attending, number of employees, if run by a committee, contact details, address, mobile and telephone numbers of the chairperson and treasurer, opening hours, insurance details, financial details of your bank account including the account number, bank sort code, IBAN, details of your credit and debit cards including the long number, relevant expiry date and CVC, copies of identification documents (for example passport, driving licence) and photograph and any other information you provide us in order to be able to use our services.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your membership, process an order, manage your account and if applicable and if you agree, email you about other products and services that we think may be of interest to you.
Insurance information of member groups of Early Years members, where available and where consent has been given is shared with the Early Years pension provider Verity Pensions Ltd.
Group information of member groups of Early Years members, where available and where consent has been given is shared with the Early Years insurance provider Lockton PLC.
Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you can opt out at a later date.
