Early Years Mentoring Support Service
Our on the ground experts provide ongoing support and advice to playgroups, day cares, créches, parent and toddler groups and after school groups on an individual, group or peer network basis.
Community Development and Committee Management Support
Early Years' work has always been underpinned by a strong community development ethos focused on helping communities to assess the need for, develop and manage their own Early Years setting. We provide training, support and resources to simplify what is required to help Management Committee's make decisions and create excellence in leadership and management within the voluntary and independent sector.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Support
We have created a GDPR manual, designed for early years settings. It contains practical advice and examples of how to make sure data protection policies and procedures are in keeping with best practice. It contains templates which you can adapt for your needs.
Policies and Procedures
Every early years service provider needs to have policies and procedures in place to help them guide the actions of all individuals involved in the setting. We have created two governance manuals to assist management teams in becoming conversant with the policies and procedures which should be in place for management/employer purposes.
