  • Early Years - the organisation for young children 6c Wildflower Way Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT12 6TA United Kingdom (map)

Are you passionate about making a difference in early childhood education? Do you believe in the power of play to unlock potential? Join our Toybox team and help transform the lives of Traveller and Roma children (aged 0-4) by creating meaningful opportunities for growth and learning!

Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit a Toybox Project Worker to work within the Early Years Team.

The role is 25 hours per week fixed term until 31 March 2025 (with possibility of extension subject to funding). The hours for the role may be increased subject to funding. The role is based in Dungannon Enterprise Centre covering the Dungannon, Mid Ulster and Ballymena area as required.

As part of our team, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Toybox team, families, local communities and stakeholders to bring early years' development into the heart of the community. You’ll deliver interactive and engaging play experiences directly to families, no matter where they live—on Traveller sites, at the roadside, or in settled homes. Your hands-on approach will support and empower parents as the ‘first educators,’ promoting healthy child development through the joy of play.
